Sourced from the acacia blossoms of Uttarakhand's Himalayan forests, our Acacia Honey is harvested and bottled with minimal processing — no heat treatment and no added chemicals, so it retains its natural enzymes, aroma, and nutrients exactly as the bees made it.

Acacia Honey is known for being one of the lightest and mildest honey varieties available — a fresh, clean aroma and a wild, light, floral taste that's noticeably different from darker forest or multiflora honeys. It has regular sweetness (less cloying than most honey) and, being naturally low in glucose relative to fructose, it stays liquid and clear for longer before crystallizing — a natural sign of purity, not a flaw.

Use it daily in warm water, tea, on toast, or drizzled over desserts. Because it's raw and unprocessed, expect natural variation in color and texture between batches — that's honey behaving the way nature intended, not a quality issue.
